Delivery Time (Business Days)

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. The delivery date is usually 2-4 business days.

Sales Tax
  1. Federal Sales Tax: known as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The GST and HST are administered jointly and commonly referred to as simply GST/HST. Whether GST or HST applies depends on the particular province or territory.
  2. Provincial Sales Tax: known as Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec sales tax (QST), or Retail Sales Tax (RST), depending on the province. Not all provinces have a provincial sales tax regime. Whether PST, RST, or QST applies depends on the particular province.

Shipping Carrier

We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO destinations. And we don’t ship to territories of Canada, including Yukon(YT), Northwest Territories(NWT) and Nunavut(NV).

FedEx shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

Multi-Piece Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times. The products in the same order are not always shipped from the same warehouse due to our inventory entry schedule.

If an item on the order is backordered, that item will typically ship separately at a later time. 

We will send you an email to let you know if your order needs to be delivered in batches and to inform you of the shipping situation.

Customize Delivery and Expedited Shipments

These services are not currently available. We will ship from the fulfillment center closest to you whenever possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Paypal Payments

If your payment is processed by PayPal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If in any case we are unable to ship to some countries or regions, we will inform you accordingly by email after your purchase.

Shipping Regions

Free Shipping

All shipments to Canada are free of charge. FedEx delivers in 3-5 workdays.

Larger orders requiring freight may require an additional day to process and prepare for shipment.

  • The freight team will unload your shipment from the truck to a ground-level area outside your home or office.
  • If a suitable unloading point is not available, the freight team may unload the shipment at the curb, requiring the consignee to be responsible for carrying the boxes in.
  • Someone must be present to accept and sign for the shipment, otherwise, the shipment will not be unloaded.
  • You must note any shortage or damage on the driver's paperwork at the time you sign for the shipment.
International

Please contact us for shipping quotes to other countries and to place your order. Besides Canada, we now have warehouses in US, DE, UK and JP.

Orders

Order Tracking

A shipment tracking email is sent when the order ships.

If the tracking number doesn't provide results on the shipping carrier’s website, please wait a few hours for the carrier to update tracking status then check again.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Most orders ship the same day they're placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please fill out the contact form on the contact us page, or send us email at contact@fengepro.com.

If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process.

Bulk Order

We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.
