Our 30-DAY Free Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Fenge purchase. If there is an issue with your order such as missing parts, or a damaged product. Please contact us at  contact@fengepro.com and we would like to help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase. we have a 30-DAY Free Return Service. You may return any Fenge product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase and we'll issue an RMA#.

Please keep the following tips in mind for a return:

  1. Please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the package,
  2. We provide prepaid return labels for returns with quality and delivery problems (No extra returning fee), but charge CAD$20 restocking fee for returns with non-quality problems,
  3. Returned products must be in their original packaging,
  4. You are responsible for delivering the products to our warehouse address on the shipping label,
  5. We strongly suggest using the UPS delivery method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.

Keep the Original Packaging

We are not responsible for a parcel/product if it is not a product quality problem or damaged during shipping. Please keep in mind that furniture can be easily damaged in transit. Therefore, it is important for you to keep and use the original packaging to return any items.

Please provide the following information when requesting a return and a refund

  • Order number
  • Reason for a return
  • Photos and videos

Canceled Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Orders which are already processed can not be canceled. In this case, you can refuse the parcel when it arrives and let it be returned back to us. Please keep in mind, you will be charged CAD$17 for returning in this case.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

1. Returns with product quality or shipping problems: We cover shipping costs. We will prepare a prepaid return label and please return your order to the sender's address.

2. Returns with personal preference issues: You need to bear the shipping costs in this case. Shipping costs will be deducted directly from the refund.

Bulk Orders:

If you plan to order more than five products, we recommend that you order one first to have a test before ordering the rest. We do not accept returns on orders with more than five items. If you want to purchase in bulk, please contact us and we can offer additional discounts.

International Orders (Outside Canada)

Return and exchange services for orders placed outside Canada are not available at the moment.

If you placed your order via Amazon or other shopping platforms, please initiate your return through them directly.
